Software Implementation Executive
Role Overview:
As a Software Implementation Executive, you will be responsible for the seamless installation, configuration, and deployment of software solutions at client sites. You will ensure that the software systems are effectively integrated into the client's existing infrastructure and meet the specified requirements. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently at client locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Software Installation & Configuration: Perform software installations, configurations, and upgrades on client systems.- Client Interaction: Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and ensure the software meets their expectations.
- Networking Knowledge: Utilize your understanding of RS232, LAN, and other networking protocols to ensure successful software integration with existing systems.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose and resolve any issues that arise during or after implementation, providing technical support to clients as needed.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of the implementation process, configurations, and any customizations performed.
- Training: Provide training sessions to clients to ensure they can effectively use the software post-implementation.
- Travel: Be prepared to work on-site at client locations, sometimes for extended periods.
Qualifications:
- Education:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience:Previous experience in software implementation, IT support, or a related role.
- Technical Skills:Proficiency in RS232, LAN, and general networking concepts. Experience with software installation processes is essential.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving:Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Flexibility:Willingness to travel and work at various client locations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with specific software systems relevant to the company’s products.
- Certifications in networking or software installation..
